We will be running clustered 10.5s to give seamless failover along with a brace of 19T backups for the T-car. Brushless stuff has been stripped from Ross's car and replaced with the trusty KO C2 speedo and 27T Matt one engine had 0 timing advance and the other by mistake had about .25mm - no idea what that translates to. 1 degree?

Well we were going down the track this afternoon to check the gearing and esc setup for the 10.5 and 17.5 but with an MOT on Tuesday a duff headlight bulb needed replacing first. So how long does it take to change one on a Corvette? About 4.5 hours plus of course another 2-3 hours to remove and replace the Bosch headlight unit I damaged in the process. Mind you if the chicken wire repair I diligently applied to get me through the MOT lasts, I might forget about that ;D
Gearing tests deferred to 8:00am tomorrow

Thanks to all those who turned out! The track was very strange today and the STCC tyres left much to be desired, however shaved about 0.6 off my PB. So thats a 2 apex gain over the last PB! apart from that a great days racing!

Thanks Reuben, good meeting, timekeeping was great, knocked out the rounds with good efficiency!
PB for me too, but my diff just doesn't want to play lately, and I'd only just put the new spare one in. I'll rebuild both of them and try again...

Nice day racing today well run... track must of been fast today as many people posted new P.B (myself included) UnLucky to jay who FTD 17.5 but in the finals lost his speed... (Or should that be MO-JO)

UnLucky to jay who FTD 17.5 but in the finals lost his speed... (Or should that be MO-JO) I don't think it was my speed that I lost, more that you were getting faster.. 18/301!!!! I can't keep up with that.... Yet...

Had a very good day up at Cots.... still only ever popped one brushless motor (SLCC Cots last year)! Anyway, Q'd 17th (from the bottom heat), finished 18th ish, but had very good speed most of the day, and missed out on a 17 by just over 2s. Bring on the national. Oh, and Pete, you know Craig was on the entry list for this meeting? Noticed his name on the list, along with Dan's..

Indeed he was Ed but popping 2 10.5s last Sunday I wasn't keen on going all the way up there and find it was an ESC fault and have our last engine popped during practice. Dan was out partying on Friday night and probably was hungover ;D

Ooh another record? Out of 8 qualies entered Team Campbell only managed to hit the starting line 3 times.
But we are in reasonable shape for the STCC next week which was the main objective and at long last, even given a pending court case, we will be sporting our new 009 inspired livery next week ;D
