Unfortunately this is the one round I have to miss as am working. Will be there for all the others though.
When will the results of the first round be put up?

Great meeting folks, some nice close racing and almost all in the dry!
Nice to see team Campbell at Bashley again and well done to Craig for his first in Stock A final.
Also well done to Oliver for his Eco first and to Adam for his Stock B final 1st :-)
Results and photos will be on the site in the next few days

Thank you Dave, it was nice to see you and all the others too! We had a most enjoyable day, first time I think that Craig has run 17.5 blinkey, it took us back to the 27T days . After a 5 month break I don't think 19 laps was too shabby so we were well pleased and I know Craig enjoyed the racing. I must say I was most impressed with the courtesy of all the slower cars in quickly moving over to let Craig lap - something that the club was always strong at and it was good to see it continuing. Great to see the youngsters there too.

Thanks for coming back to give me a bit of a challenge, Pete (and Craig). Considering in the changing conditions I wasn't too far off your pace on sweeps there could be some good races ahead when I get some 28s on the car . Good racing all round I thought, and special mention to Adam, who did a brilliant job, calm and collected for the majority to take the b final win. Keeping it on the black stuff helps

I was looking at the timing sheets Mike and I see that in F1 and F3 (Craig went out on lap 2 on F2) it was lap 10 before you put in a faster lap than Craig and it seems closer after that. So maybe the Sweeps take a long time to get heat in them or perhaps better tyre prep by Team Campbell. We were running 24s and got excellent grip out of them and as you say hopefully the next round will be warm enough for 28s to be the right tyre . Looking forward to it.
