Is there still a list of classes and rules for indoor racing somewhere. I assume there are no changes this year but maybe someone can enlighten me if there are.

They do need a little updating..
2011 CLASS RULES
All 1/10th Electric Touring Car Classes 1350g min weight 2 cell 7.4V LiPo or 6 cell 7.2V Nimh/Nicd LiPo must be hard cased and be run with a cut off, on speedo or as separate device. Any rubber tyres All other regulations to BRCA guidelines.
Open TC 1/10th Electric Touring Cars
Any commercially available brushless motors. Y wind only, no delta winds. Sintered or bonded rotors up to 13mm diameter
Stock 1/10th Electric Touring Cars
Commercially available 27T brushed motor. Fixed motor timing. No motor ball-race bearings
Commercially available 17.5 brushless motors. Y wind only, no delta winds. Sintered or bonded rotors up to 13mm diameter
A Total number of 8 racers at least must attend for the round to be a championship round (not 8 racers per class).
2011 (INDOOR) CLASS RULES
As above but with the following added:
Minis 1350g min weight Any rubber tyres - mini sized (ie 55 / 60d) Mini / hot hatch style shells
Any 2wd Mini Chassis
6 cell 7.2v NiMh / NiCd and 2s 7.4vLiPo
Lipo to be run with a suitable cut-off
Black can Tamiya RS540 ‘sport tuned’ type motor, Tamiya Silver can or any Commercially available 17.5 brushless motors. Y wind only, no delta winds. Sintered or bonded rotors up to 13mm diameter
As of Aug 11 committee also voted in use of Saturn 21T or Saturn 27T for minis along side the silver can..
Eco & Pro Eco must stiil run Ansmann 21T and ESC less than £40 RRP, additionally Eco chassis must be available at less than £140 as a RTR kit..
12th's are pretty much open book!!!
I'll make updating the rules a action for the next committee meeting..

That will be fun! Can't wait to run 12th again! 7.5 with a bit of boost for me unless I can find a cheap 4.5 or 5.5!?

12th for me but not sure if 5.5 or 10.5 with 1s rotor. All I know is I don't want any boost. 5.5 at the end if last winter was good but want to try out this 1s rotor.

but I will most likely put a 5.5 in with an ISTC
