Hi MiniLover! ESC you have linked to is fine for a standard silver can motor and Ni-mh batteries.. However if you think you might go for Li-po battries at some point you will need to use a ESC with a Li-po voltage cut off function.. The 12T Fusion Podium is quite popular at SHMCC Podium ESC 12T Prog. N6~7/Li2 FNBR

Ok Cheers, I have that in my Stadium Blitzer, however I spoke to Stu from Lesro models, he said that the club on Wednesday nights uses only 27T motors, and that could be ideal, I bought a mini but it had a completion ESC and had no reverse, yeah its fine to use just cant reverse if I crash, which I probably will, is it still alright to use the club car to try out and see if I like it, because my mini isn't sorted, needs a paint job, wheels, motor and transmitter and receiver. before I spend more money on it, just wanted to try the sport out. Cheers, Ayrton

Hello Dave, My mini isn't ready as of yet. Awaiting on arrival of my shell, supposed to have come today but hasn't yet, don't mean to sound rude, would it be possible to use the club car again, mini will be ready next week for definite, unless someone at the club has a spare mini shell. Cheers, Ayrton
