Well not much on here about this but assume it is going ahead.
I am prepared and can't wait for a hot sunny Sunday race meeting, anyone else going to make the effort?

Bashley looking great Dave, well done to everyone.
Boy though was the track dirty, pollen everywhere. I spent several minutes after each run getting it off the car, never seen anything like it.
We had a good session though, testing 3 specific setup changes and each one gave us 0.2 to 0.4 improvements on rough average lap time. After 3 sets of comparative runs the 13.5 was running a second a lap faster and of course the tyres were getting older, so well pleased.
Back tomorrow to try the changes on the 17.5 setup (probably put on wets to get some grip!)

Never mind Pete the rain today will wash all the pollen away and make it really grippy I am sure.
Thunder and lightning here at the moment!
Will not make practice tonight, been unwell all week so trying to shake it off before Sunday.

Gazebo at the ready for either weather front.... I'll be there - want to see Dean's Mi5 - tempting to move back to Schumacher at Xmas time!! Isn't it great that the F1 starts at 7pm

That was immense fun! So nice to have some close racing (especially final 3 with Craig literally millimetres apart for the last part of the race!). Worth a final dive into the last corner

Good racing, good weather, good company. What more can you ask for. Really enjoyed it even with the electrical problems I had. Will be sorted for next time though.
Thanks to RD Paul for a smoothly run meeting and some close racing.

The racing calendar shows a round 7 on 13th October, the results page does not. Which one is correct?

LOL Ian that is like saying the recipe for chile con carne is on a scrap of paper in the 3rd drawer down in the medicine cabinet, whereas most people would look in the recipe book.
In a months time: d*mn which cabinet did Ian say the recipe was in?

Yes Pete.. ;D ;D
Dave kindly put it up when I asked a few weeks ago as it seems Terry has been a little dilatory of late.

13th of October is the presentation day and as such not a points scoring round

Think October is just down as RRC trophy meeting in the online calendar..
Terry had promised to get results up by the end of last week, but obviously events over took... I'll give him a reminder :-)
I'll get round 4 results off of the PC tomorrow and get them on the forum..

Ta; I couldn't find anywhere how many rounds count but on a 7 rounder I had assumed 4 - is 4 for 6 rounds?
Also with an even number of rounds there is a strong possibilty of a draw - what happens?

Yup most enjoyable meeting and well done to Paul for perfect timing between rounds . In retrospect gobsmacked at track temp as I did not think it was that warm for most of the day -guess that is what you get for hiding under a gazebo. Great racing from Craig and Mike; apart from Mike's extrovert cornering on corner 2 in F1 I did not see a mistake from either of them over the 3 finals. And F3 was a lesson in the closest combat without tears, well done guys.

Think October is just down as RRC trophy meeting in the online calendar.. On my browser it is no different to all the other rounds; BUT if you were to click on it (!!) .....

I just had to laugh after going so wide at C2/F1 Pete... I've made that mistake enough times to know better! Thanks for the compliments though - its even a while since I've been on that form and ha some pressure to deal with

Alway good to "click" on stuff Pete Considering the might of Google their online calendar offering is visually pretty poor....
