OK so I ran a Tekin RS yesterday in the Mi1 and although conditions were not ideal It did seem to be a little more eager than the Novak outside.. However it has been a while since I've driven the car at Bashley.. I've now swapped the car over to the indoor setup so I'll see what it feels like indoors..

OK, so just a little update.. I decided to keep hold of the Tekin RS and the Novak.. After trying the Tekin in the same chassis and with the same motor both at Bashley and indoors the car does seem a little more "eagar" the end velocity and overall acceleration is about the same but I think the initial pick up or "punch" when you bury the trigger is more immediate with the Tekin.. So I move on to the next experiment which is to try a better chassis! The Novak setup has been transferred to a TM E4RS II which I'll be running indoors tomorrow and fingers crossed outside at Bashley this Sunday.. Update on how that all goes sometime next week
