We are planning to be there, have reserved Thursday for car and software prep. I use the word planning advisedly because current forecast is peeing down Friday & Saturday with heavy rain on Sunday from noon. Our SICC knackered gazebo went to the knackered gazebo home in the sky during the winter.

For all you guys looking for victory be aware that Reuben was looking fast on Sunday. Faster than us and he only had a 17.5 in. Mind you with the lap times we were posting maybe he wasn't that fast?

Still working on getting the new car up to speed so doubt I will be any more competitive than last time but I will be there to make up the numbers. Providing weather is OK of course! Would be a shame if it rains on Sunday after all the lovely weather we have had over the last week or so.
Think positive!

OK so the threat of rain has diminished with the current forecast showing 35% chance of light rain/showers in the afternoon only..
It will be a little fresh however so remember to wrap up warm!!
Also don't forget we do have a kettle in race control if you want hot water for drinks / cupa soups / pot poodles etc..

Not according to the BBC Dave, now it is raining on Saturday and on Sunday first thing and still with heavy showers from noon. Will be interesting to see if today's forecast holds good. Dry next weekend though

Advice - do not take 5 months off. There I was yesterday setting up the shocks. To my dismay no oil was coming out of the bottle. Oh no I cannot have run out of 350 surely , should have checked. It was only then that I realised I had not taken the top off the bottle. Funny how you can be embarrassed when no-one is there.

Enough with the negative vibes! It is going to be fine, think sun sun sun. Dry track with loads of grip, good fast racing. THINK POSITIVE.

Well, that was an awesome Round 1 of the Reality Cup. Thanks to everyone that participated. We had Wind (And not just from Mr Lloyd), Rain, Hail and Sunshine.. Which made for some very interesting racing. I need to learn how to go around the track without taking a picnic stop in the grass, but even so I had a good day. If the last couple of meetings are what this year's racing is going to be like then I for one am really looking forward to the rest of the season.

Great days racing and good to see I can still navigate the track. Some very changeable and tricky conditions, a few times I thought I had binned it.
Roll on the outdoor championship in 2 weeks time

Great fun trying to tame the tamiya! It'll be as I like it soon, but nice to give it a run to see where we are at with it. And I won! ;-)
