So, over the weekend, there was a lot of talk of lowering the weight limit at the nationals for the 6.5/LiPo powered cars to even them up against the 5cell/Open cars. What was also interesting was that on the saturday morning EGM, opinions were gathered, and drivers voted by an overwhelming majority that they would be in support of a reduction in weight for all classes (down to 1425), including pro-stock So, what your opinion on the matter? (I should point out that no decision came from the EGM, as the BRCA exec had outlined that 10% of the section membership needed to be present, which was 170... now the national has an entry limit of 130 drivers, so also having 40 hangers on who are also BRCA members to turn up and vote was unrealistic. Annoyingly, there would have been enough if everyone voted yes, to reach a 2/3rds majority of 170, the requirement to accept a change. Damm politics...)

Yes for me it would help with the weight distribution issues at the moment..." no Lipo std weight and chassis designed for 5/6 cells"....75 gr about 2.5 oz will help a lot!

I agree. with 2 strips of zinc on my lipo im at 1430 and I have to add 70-80 onto the chassis to make it to 1500. and that would still keep the car balanced left to right at 1430 . So you have my vote
