I am now officially famous. My antics on the M271 yesterday gave me my own personal traffic incident on the radio ;D I am just awaiting the delivery of 4 new body panels and the bits to change the inner rear wheel current 10 degrees toe out back to 0 degrees and I can dump this hired 1. something litre hire job and get back to saving the planet

Oh yes I am fine thanks. I was certainly more shaken than stirred at the time though. Now it is just the aggravation and cost of the aftermath. The bonus is that I had scratched the nosecone and as it will have to be replaced I won't have to pay for it to be resprayed ;D

Oh dear! What caused the accident? Actually the police told me that that stretch of road is notorious for being greasy, no d**n warning sign from the Highways Agency though. Apparently most cars end up going down the banking, being left hand drive I ended up buried in the crash barrier ;D Moved from inside to outside lane to overtake and the rear just snapped. Did a one or two and half twist with 3.6 difficulty before I realised what an earth was going. None of this text book drive into the spin, it was an instant pirouette
