Theres quite a few of us booked into that hotel...make sure you get a room well away from "the Newtonator" he snores like a jet plane!
West Londons track is not renound for having good grip,Set up with the Sweep tyres I think is going to be tricky?
Ps I recomend pitting close to people you know,The track sits in the midle of an estate and"all sorts" tend to wonder around the pits.

Me & Ben should be at the track by 3.00pm Saturday for some practice. I have not raced at West London for about 7 years.

Heads up team!! Ive just had some helpful info from a very quick west London/Aldershot driver....FDR's: drop a tooth (2 with 64dp) from your best Aldershot ratio and this should be a very good starting point....this should apply to 17.5 too?

My day was pretty d**n good actually. Quallied 5th, Finished 5th overall. Was good but some rough incidents in the final ment Matt having to rescue my bodyshell - thanks car was awesome all weekend, handled like a dream and the power and punch from the SP was LOVELY! especially good in the tight infield bit. Great weekend, Great company from all the South hants crew and a few of the Aldershot guys

I think the vote went for any brand 32's Pete.....
Ian can you confirm

Dave I think the vote was for any pre glued over 30 shore?? the two set rule still applies.
The 30 shore rule is good as it stops those who can afford it running and ruining a set of 24's in two runs.....hopefully other makes have their shore marking on the tyre wall,do they?? or it will leave the gate open for a "cheat"? other wise Ian will have to adapt the rule to "shore marked" pre glued only...the superb V tech 27 come to mind,Does anyone know if they still have a shore marking?...I think Ed Clark has used them lately and is clued up on these tyres.
My only other fear is scrutineering will be more difficult.
To be absolutly honest I sit on the fence with this idea...basicaly the rubber(Sweeps) is the same for all but its the Gluing and doubtfull rim strenght that is the real issue!

Surely any tyres used should be readily available from model shops here in the UK.
