I have noticed that we are sometimes short if race directors so have had a look around the trial copy of the software we use. And run a few meetings on the laptop(obviously without timing) and it seems fairly straight forward initially. Is there anything I need to pay particular attention to when setting the meeting out iE gaps between races and max duration of last laps and shortest gap for a lap ? What should they be. Also final sorting return I don't full understand yet but will keep trying.

indoors we run a 5second shortest lap, as no one gets under that.. outdoors it's more like 12 just incase.. to be fair.. all of that stuff is set up in the meeting templates.. the main thing to worry about is loading the championship to ensure that championship points get added up at the end of the meeting Matt

Hi Darren,
as with last year all of the champ meetings are pre-setup on the laptop and the PC at Bashley..
so apart from adding the champ points at the end of the meeting ( which is just a couple of clicks) champ meeting are not a worry any more...
