Hey Guys.
So both of my receivers seem to have developed range issues (one went a yaer or so ago and the other last time I tried to race). So I need now to get them fixed to get back into some racing.
Anyone with advice or contacts to who to send these off to? I hope they can be fixed, not mistreated or water damaged.
I tried cleaning them, replaced the receiver wire and case, checked for visible damage. but they all "appear" perfect.
but seem to have a range of about 5ft. I think its either a power or signal issue :S. and I have tried the transmitter with another receiver which worked flawlessly.

Hi Reubs,
Good to hear you on the forum mate!
Sorry to hear you've got receiver issues....
Are you 100% sure the new wire is making good connection with the circuit board? Double check with a meter...
If all is good from a conductivity point of view then it's probably back to Spektrum? Do they do a repair service?
Hope you get them sorted, would be great to see you track side again!

Also mate, would it be worth. Trying a anti glitch capacitor if you don't already have one?
Had a read of several forum's Spektrum rx issue topics and replacing wire or fitting a cap seems to be the two fixes short of a return to Spektrum.....
