Originally the TT01E did not have any carbon or alloy parts and as this is a few years old now I assume the one you are looking at is a used one with some upgrades on. The TT01 has been replaced by the TT02 now but is basically the same. We are running a TT02 and with some upgrades it is a fairly capable racer.
I can only tell you what we have done to the TT02 to make it race worthy then you need to check if your TT01 has similar set ups.
A decent set of bearings for a start, very important. We have fitted oil filled shocks as the original friction ones are terrible. Universal drive shafts on the front are also essential. We have upgraded the steering to a full alloy, ball raced system that removes all the slop and nakes the steering very precise. Recently we have fitted 2.5 degree rear uprights to help increase rear grip. Those are the main and most worthwhile things to check out. After that there are things you can do but are not necessarily required for a reasonable race car.

Ahhh seen it now, so it is a TT01 that someone has put a carbon chassis conversion on with all the blue alloy bits. Have no idea what it would be like but would be suspicious of having so much alloy on it if you are racing it indoors especially. Looks good but in an accident the alloy parts tend to bend and upset the handling whereas the plastic parts (wishbones, c hubs etc) will flex.
There have been many conversions like this, some work and some dont. The other thing to rememeber is that buying a hybrid like this will mean it will be difficult to get spares for it. With a standard kit there will be many people that carry the spares. Just a thought.

Seen the TT02R as a kit I have a speed passion 17.5t motor and esc that could go in it but need a servo any ideas which would be good to go for.

Agan personal preference for indoor and out door use is something with a fair amount of power and speed with metal gears. The really cheap servos are a wast of time in a touring car as mostly they do not centralise properly. For me something like the SAVOX 1256G is a good bet.
Speed(@4.8V sec/60): .18 Torque(@4.8V oz-in): 222.2 Speed(@6.0V sec/60): .15 Torque(@6.0V oz-in): 277.7 Gear: Titanium & Aluminum Bearing: 2BB
