Can anyone help? Martin we run the Cobalt at 6.45 or 6.53 when it is not too hot; ie most of the time! Or 6.69/6.77 on those hotter days. You might want to start with the latter and check temperature and push it up a tooth if it feels warm rather than hot. Not familiar with green monster. We run our Axioms (rev to about 33K on the bench with 6v going through) at 6.69/6.77. Ross is a pinion down at 6.94/7.03 because he does not carry the corner speed that Craig does and also does not run at 100% throttle anyway so no point in "pushing" the engine with his gearing. HTH - always nice to help another brushed driver ;D ;D ;D ;D

For a untouched "std brushes/spring"..green monster = 7.0 for the first one or two runs, skim it then 6.7/6.6 or down to 6.4 with cut back/timed silver brushes and slightly heavier springs "then it will fly " CO 27...down to 5.8/6.0 with the above mods,it dont rev much but the torque is wicked "a 17.5 eater "
