If you drive a car that runs fine on regular gas then paying for premium is a waste. If you drive a high performance car that needs higher octane then performance will suffer on regular.
its a question of will the power being pulled by the motor/esc exceed that 20c rating? if so then you will notice the difference, if not then larger capacity.....
I myself went for a larger capacity for cycle times and you spend longer at the top end of the discharge curve (all thou im not sure how much that curve effects performance with these Lipo things)
