We have a couple of KO top of the range so to speak swervos. Both from the same series but different models. Swervo B bought this year has more torque than swervo A bought last August but very very marginally slower response time.
Using them last Staurday Craig was clear that Swervo A, the faster but older one, was not as reactive as Swervo B.
They are both running on 008s, with the same chassis and steering setup and the same settings on the KO transmitter. One exception I suspect, didnt check, is that the steering balance EPAs will be slightly different to give goth models 20 deg inner wheel angle at 100% steering.
The cars were running at 90% steering which 17.5 deg inner wheel
Would it be nothing more simple than that the 10-11 month old one has worn out??
I have checked and checked and just cannot see a difference beetween the 2 steering setup on the cars on on the transmitter.
As I write this I realise that the crystals/frequency would be different

No need, I tried putting some 767s in the KOs but they wouldn't fit I did tape them to the case though just in case

You can get Futaba Brushless servo's now now seriously what is the deal with brushless servo's? whats the difference? or is it just another way for these people to cash in on the brushless revolution? as with servo's surely it would make sense that they would wear-out after constant use. its the same with most mechanical devices (especially ones with that my pressure on them) they should make them re-buildable (this is where someone turns round and says "yes they are rebuildable noob!")
