Who's got Orion 2400s?
Could you do me a favour and test charge them from flat (ie lipo cut off voltage, 6.x), and see what capacity they have?
(I do this and only get maybe 2000mAh into them... I managed to dump them with 17.5 today during one run...)

When i charged mine last week from dead (cut-off, 6.4v) they put in just under 2400mAh (2360 i think). I ran 2 of them during the week and with a Orion 10.5 one lasted 5mins 21 and the other 5:29.

And i'm guessing id was really cold, lipo's don't like it cold. Neither does my real car's windscreen - woke up this morning to find a crack along the entire bottom. List price for a new screen is 1,014 USD - how does that go, don't cry for me Argentina? Severe danger of only doing Bashley SLCC this year

Ouchy... I sold a vehicle that the screen replacement was more than the vehicle was worth, and the insurance didn't cover it...
(Threadjack?)
My cells are from August, maybe 30-40 cycles in them, I'm sure they used to get more in, it might be the cold yeah. Where were you charging them Liam?

Dont think so Simon, I was commenting on the efffect of cold on cars ;D The good news is I had it confirmed from an American forum last night that I can use the cheaper option windscreen and the HUD will still work. So SLCC looks on again - eat your heart out Aldershot

Thanks Liam, that's useful, perhaps the cold weather reduced the amount I could get into mine.
I'll try cycling them at home in the warm and see what happens.
I don't have a discharger though, oh, yes, I do, the mini!!
