Well on other forums I have been apart of (not racing ones) we always have a "You know when you have been doing X for to long" So time for one here, and even though some of us may not have been racing "that" long, still fun.
So:
You know you have been racing to long when:
Your excuse to the officer for driving the wrong side of the road is "Hitting the Apexes would get me home quicker".
Your first thought when your road-car breaks down is to find and check the sensor cable.
You carry a spare set of brushess in the dashboard incase you need that extra speed on the way home of a business trip.
You look for tyre addative in Halfords for that extra grip.
You blue-tac your front grill in the rain
You mark the outside of your wheels with Tyre type and position on car.
your tyre arm in the boot is a 7mm hex driver.
Your excuse for being late at work is your power dumped with 3 mile to go.
