run them with a 10.5 sunday........ ill give them 5 laps before their ruined may be able to use them in stock on VERY cold mornings... or wait till winter again!

Longevity? I got about 3 meetings out of a set of cs22s. I was a bit disappointed.

A 100% improvement on the 24s then Simon ;D Simon does drive the blue one and like other makes it tends to need softer rubber unlike the purple one that generates plenty of grip on more durable rubber due to a superior chassis ;D....."I hope"

That's the rub I think Les. You only have to look at F1 to see that different chassis/setup/divering style have a significant effect on the tyre wear. So unless one is comparing apples with apples any comparison is probably limited. Ours is based solely on 27t, moving to 10.5 may well show a different effect. Talking of which....

Blimey Pete it was said tongue "n" cheek!!!!!!! LOL I know it was Les but it made me think and in the real World what you said was spot on and I guess it could be equally relevant in our World? I assume for example that a 10.5 will put heat into a tyre quicker than a 27T; what that means in terms of relative tyre wear and whether a different compound would be more suitable I haven't got a clue really although my guess would be that a harder compound would be more suitable?
