I am Ian. Batteries, transmittters and 12v all charged and shocks re-oiled. That leaves ALL of tomorrow to play with the setup station ;D

Ian Newton is Race Director the Decision will be made on the morning, there is space to postpone a meeting, but it will have a knock on effect at the end of the season, so we'd like to press on as stated by Terry.. The decision will be made Sunday morning - cross everything guys! Matt

hey guys,
I've been away from the sport for ages, since SRCMCC had to leave their outdoor track!
I'm thinking of getting back into it and joining you down at the track on Sunday. I used to be a member of the BRCA but obviously this will have expired. Does this mean the 3 meeting rule comes back into effect? or will I need to join the BRCA before coming down?
I'm still running 27t stock with nimh batteries, I dont mind what heat I go into if you don't run that class anymore, would just like to get back into it.
Cheers guys, and may se you Sunday, 8am?

Hi Mike
Yes, non-members of the BRCA have 3 meetings before they have to become BRCA members, for insurance purposes.
27T stock is still run with 17.5, so you'll get a race.
8am is the time people start arriving, see you then, then.
Simon

rain stopped play.
I have great fun today. It was a shame there were only 2 13.5's in our qualy's, but that didnt stop me and martin setting PB's 0.01 seconds apart on the SAME race!!
Need a 10.5 to catch craig and dan though!

Yup great day; only one mechical error; beat you to it Sedge A gnat's whisker of 21 laps (who moved the tyre then) and fastest lap of the day so well pleased. And of course Ross getting 2nd in the Stock A final just made it. Seems though we should go back to brushed only. In those days men were men and weren't scared off by a bit of drizzle. It would be nice also to go back to the days when the RRC was considered a serious competition and not just another fun day out. Mind back when men were men they got fun from racing, apparantly not so these days

you know it's taken me a long time to work out your sense of humour! I'm still working on it... glad to see the 40C constant LiPo aided you in that one fast lap pete! isn't it about time you started putting craigs and ross's PB's in your tag line like the rest of us!? RRC is serious! it's just we're not! "three wheels on my wagon.. and i'm still rolling along..."

hey guys, really enjoyed the race meet yesterday.
What a brilliant choice it was to put wets on for the final! Such a shame we didn't complete them all, that could have been 100 points for me! ;D
Just ordered some spares to keep the old car going, just need a leisure battery now after I found out mine was completely knackered!
Will probably see you at the next meeting!
Cheers
