Matt im afraid he can with that chassis,all he has to comply with is weight(no prob),a resonable TC body shell which he has and wing size regulations(get the scissors out ..as for power he will be lacking but no doubt Ill have 27t brushed hes welcom to use....theres no reason at all why he cant bolt on some Sweep rubber join in the 17.5/27t fun class after all thats what its for ...plus half the fun is the "Apres" racing the night befor ;D

The reason why I said no Les is that the Ansmann runs the motor in the wrong direction, and is quite limited in gearing.
Perhaps a closer look at an Ansmann, will shed some light on getting the gearing to work,
