We had planned to get there last week but didn't so I am afraid we will have to go to Aldershot pre SLCC. We have a 2010 revised Bashley chassis setup to get tuned in and an NG ESC.
Oh for the good old days when you only had to worry about the chassis and whether to add or subtract a tooth on the pinion ;D

Plus Nitros dont use the track anymore so the grip is very different. Xray T3's dont work too well there... unless you enjoy pirouetting

It sure is, if it rains on the Saturday you will be stuffed .Looking at our entry list at the moment, mostly home grown if you include WLRC, we will be struggling not to finish last unless we get the combo singing.

im gonna miss this one, will be in Aldershot learning how to hit a banked corner.. Stay low Martin! Craig went high last year, overtaking someone just before the entry and discovered where the grip isn't - I wasn't sure if he was in control of a TC or a Euro fighter ;D His spectacular landing was unfortunately against a piece of wood by a marshal point, taking out a steering block.

Dont worry Martin its only T3's that "Float" over the top at Mach1..poor overall grip ....Oh and dont go tooo low theres no grip at all on the white paint!..bumpy there too. Aldershots easy to drive but hard to be fast!

Aldershot was also good, learnt a lot about the setup I needed for sweeps, and found out just how much quicker ng speedos are going to be! Blimey is all I can say!
See you all for the SLCC next week - I'm braving the weather and camping it!

Was an interesting excercise on Sunday. I reckon an 18 lapper is possible with a little more work.
Thanks for a good day Dave.
