OK all, We're hosting round 5 of STCC 2010 on the 4th July.. We need volunteers to help ensure the event runs smoothly on both Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th.. Some of the duties to be performed will be.. - Setting up the field (temp fencing & P.A etc)
- Manning race control on Saturday practice
- Car parking & camping stewards
If you are able to help out over the weekend (either day) please can you post post in this thread asap, we will then hold a meeting next week to assign duties/jobs etc.. needed. Thanks Dave

OK folks,
Less than two weeks to go before STCC weekend..
There is still a lot to do, including a work party next weekend to do a final tidy up of the track..
If anyone else is available for either the work party or the actual weekend please post here ASAP..
I'll be posting people & duties here by the end of the week..
Thanks
Dave

I will not need to bring a shop to this event as it looks like Colin Bliss Models has got it covered.
Therefore I will be able to help out on the Sunday.

OK thanks to everyone below for offering to support the club this STCC weekend.. I hope I've got you're availability correct (please let me know!) I have added some duties for everyone for the weekend, but we will need to be flexible to cover everythnig & make sure everbody has a great weekend.. If we could get all Saturday volunteers down for around 9:30am Sunday, we will need to have car park stewards available first thing as we can expect drivers quite early (7am onwards!!) If I could ask stewards to get in as early as possible and for all other Sunday helpers to rock up by 8:30 latest.. Looking forward to a great weekend Thanks Dave STCC Weekend Volunteers Name /Availability / Duties Chris D Sunday Parking Steward Mike V Sunday Scrutineering Neil P Sat & Sun Camping Steward / Sun-Parking Steward Liam P Sat/Sun Sat- Field setup / Sun-General Help Jackie P TBC Dean S Sat & Sun Sat-Field Setup / Sun-Scrutineering Antz C Sat & Sun Sat-Field Setup Terry C Sun Scrutineering Chris G Saturday Field Setup Dave C Sat & Sun Sat-Race control / Sun Scrutineering

Well done to you and your team Dave, a flawless weekend! Those metal girders really helped to anchor the Gazebo in the wind! Craig really enjoyed himself although Dad missed his wooden bench
