As I read it the BRCA will be implementing this rule as of the Aldershot round
6.3 Bodies are not to be cut above the lower bumper line at the front or above the bottom line of the doors.
I cut the rear qtr fairly high as protection from rear ending and suspect our shells will fail.

Am I right in thinking that Saturday morning practice is by heat?
And that heat listings and practice schedule will be published before the Saturday?

Good luck to everyone going. Thanks Chris, fortunes were a bit mixed between us! some pilot error's with a mixture of wet and drying track for some of us to qualify made life a Little difficult and stressfull but we all mucked in and helped each other! all n all we had a good laugh between us! Pete,Craig,Liam,Ian,myself and some bloke called Rupet Maninton (by the race director ;D) I set a goal to make the top 30/100 and I did "just" 29th(C final). but had a brain fart and drove like a muppet in one final and fired the car off the end of the banking "unforced error" into the catch fence flat out :- was in 4th place too [......Mind you all of us fired their car off the banking at some point ,some more times than others but I'll leave them to own up to it ;D.........Good fun, good company lads thanks .....Would be nice to do the same again at Mendip Top tip.....Never invite Pete to a party....Hes always "fashionably" very late ;D

Fun weekend, not the result I was hoping for. But still was good.
Qualifying was rubbish - run 1, no rear spring retainer and binding wheel = 1/4 throttle at most run 2, good run run 3, Put it into the fence for 20 seconds so stopped there run 4, good run run 5, different tyres that had no grip at all - which is very bizare.
also what you missed Les was my car failed to bind for the last final so I didnt even start F3. HA
Thanks for the company all and big thanks to Ian N and Les for the Gazeebo invite, muchly appreciated.

poo result, great weekend. The difference of course being the company and the banter Thanks to Les and Ian for letting us get half of our pit under their gazebo and thanks to the guys beside us who got the other half in their gazebo!; of course there is always a gap between gazebos so of course somebody’s pit table got it when it rained. Thanks to Les for the Dremel; when was the last time you had 3 bottom deck screws seize at the same time. And thanks to Ian for letting us hang our rubbish bag from his gazebo. ;D Sunday morning qualie was notable as we managed to rescue disaster and turn it into catastrophe – bu*gger to round by round is all I can say. So we ended up languishing in the H final even though we had posted times that would have got us into the E/D final Lowlights Trying to eat a Summerfield’s Cajun chicken pizza bought on the way home on Saturday. The rain; did not run in Q1 and wrong tyre choice in Q2 Highlights Visiting M&S food store on the way home on Sunday Watching Ian forgetting to turn right at the end of the straight in F3 Setting a substantial PB for Ringwood to Aldershot on Sunday morning. (party invites welcome ;D) Posting two 1sts and a DNF in the H final Watching Ian’s face when I tied our rubbish bag to his gazebo Banter
