Wet really mate but saying that I used a dremmal last time with it dry. Same principle as disc cutter on site as in the water holds the dust.

with a very sharp dremel blade,like disc cutter ,run the cutter and put groove over the whole length you want to cut,then keep going over the same line until it cuts threw,dont go trying to cut threw in one go as carbon splits,hope this sounds right

If the work is small as the lads say a Dremel type tool with a thin disc cutter is good ,But if you need to cut lengths say off a 2/2.5 mm chassis a good electric Jig saw with a very fine tooth carbon steel hack saw blade (for metal) and run the jig saw fast.....and don't breath the dust.
