By mistake I have purchased 2 sets of front and rear control tyres to fit GT12. Not the ones to fit the Zen unfortunately so am selling them on. They were £4.99 each so Inreckon £4 each is good. Will bring them on Wednesday if anyone is interested.

Not in my book it just makes things much easier. If they work as well as the normal 35s then that is surely the way to go.
I have been watching the GT12 forums and have heard about these before. Lots of people have been complaining about the other control tyres so I guess these are Zens answer. I would certainly try them and see what they are like. If they work as well as the originals then I cannot see anyone complaining.
Better get a set and try them I suppose.

Following the discussion on Facebook, someone mentioned "2 lots of 'control tyres' both different compounds and both different prices. Where's the control?".
So I guess the GT12 racers have a decision to make, which "control" tyres are the ones to adopt?

The Zen wheels do not fit the schumacher gt12 so no decision to be made.

I would suggest we stay with the Schumacher tyre Terry has tried it and his feedback was positive, and it covers all supastox Gt,Atom and zen. DEREK

Looks like I'll need to buy some of these control tyres for myself now as well.
