So you all thought that Lipos were consistent and did not loose their voltage like NiMhs eh
I have gone back through Craigs races this year, about 90-100.
All of them bar 3 produced the fastest lap in the the first half. Those 3 in the 2nd half were all finals so it may have been due to racing conditions, no idea.
Of those that happened in the first half, I would guess that half of them at least occurred in the first 3 laps
Any bright sparks (LOL) out there with an understanding of what is going on?

I would suspect that the motor is heating up and slowing down, rather than the battery,

Interesting. Looks like dropping a pinion or two for a bit of experimentation then.

Anyone with a long enough memory to know what the target temp for a 27T is, 140/160 deg? ;D

Also look at tyres. Firstly there new and sticky to start and in the latterstages they suffer from overheating and losing a bit of grip.
