Righty!! At this time of Festive woe.. When the inlaws are becoming outlaws.. when the missis starts to moan.. when the pound against every other currency worsens - when you seriously consider buying an xray... when racing's late starting and even the full wets aren't quite wet enough to cope! I thought it'd be fun for us to look at quotes from the motor racing world.. - I'll start the ball rolling with this one.... I challenge you all to find one and get it posted on here before Wednesday night racing - best one gets a prize!! Matt

I've tried everything other than jumping out of a plane, but nothing gives you an adrenaline rush like racing a car. Nigel Mansell
You might not think that's cricket, and it's not, it's motor racing. Murray Walker
If horse racing is the sport of kings, then drag racing must be the sport of queens. Bart R. Sugar
Cornering is like bringing a woman to a climax. Both you and the car must work together. You start to enter the area of excitement at the corner, you set up a pace which is right for the car and after you've told it it is coming along with you, you guide it along at a rhythm which has by now become natural. Only after you've cleared the corner you can both take pleasure in knowing it's gone well. Jackie Stewart (1972)
