Couldn’t think of an appropriate title so that one seemed good enough ;D
Having sold our house on Monday and been technically homeless, we completed our purchase yesterday. So racing tomorrow and hopefully the following Sunday but then it will probably be a break until 1st February when Team Campbell will then be 110% focussed on what is important in life, ie TC racing. 1st weekend in Jan is dedicated to dismantling and packing the library, next weekend, clearing and packing the lofts, next weekend packing the garage. In between that lot somehow I need to fix the electric problem on the yellow shark so I can drive it to its new home in Ringwood.
If anyone has any experience/good ideas on how to get BT to transfer your broadband line without being out of action for 1 week plus then all ideas welcome!!!

broadband transfer is horrible - and a week of downtime is good if there is already been broadband installed in the house previously. If not your probably looking at 2 -3 weeks downtime. to be honest they should be able to switch it as quick as they can do the phone line transfer and it should all go into one process (assuming your broadband is with BT). With a bit of phone nagging and moaning im sure that week could be cut down to a few days max worth a shot though.

Thx Reuben. The cottage is empty so in fact I think I might get on to BT on Monday to do it now; a few weeks extra rental but better than not having it!! Just need to make sure they do not cut-off my current BBand!!!
