Latest news Mr Lloyd will be camping but he will be pitching in the geriatric quarter of the Bashley village along with myself and Pete,as we will need to retire to bed early with a cup of hot coco. Mr Lloyd also informs me he will not be eating spicey BBQ food as he only has a small fragile tent and with his "well known"servere flatulent problem he doubts its security. Lets hope the weathers good...looking forward to some fun

Make sure he's near the toilet as well. He'll need to go half a dozen times in the night!

Les , the original post shows an IP address the same as your other ones, which would indicate that it came from your PC. If someone else sent it it would show a different IP address. Looks like someone might be playing games. Shall I delete the original post and the follow ups for you.

Les, I *knew* it wasn't you, it just didn't seem right. It's obviously censored what was actually written.
It's showing as coming from the same IP address as your own posts, so likely someone has stepped up to the keyboard on your behalf.
Let me know if you want me to prune this thread.

Nowt queer as folk Les, one doesn't always know them Who would of thought for example that in the boy scouts I would have been sitting around a camp fire singing about the oohmegoolie bird. Seriously though always best to sign off anything you sign on to when sharing an unsecured PC. You just never know.

I new it wasn't you as well les, totally out of character. It looked more like something a teenage boy or an idiotic rough female would write, I've worked around a few of them The I.P. Address will be in the Router so any PC getting its connection to the internet through that router will share the same I.P.

I'm impressed Keith! I know there were quite a few but I can only recall the oohme bird and the doobry tribe as you say. The brumper (or however you spell it) bird does not ring any bells I must say; so there are some more ;D.

I can probably remember some words from the other songs, A is for err! maybe better recalling these at Yeovil when the kids have gone to bed. I wasn't in the scouts, I was in the Air Training Corps, I think they may have taught us stronger songs, think rugby club after a winning game and that's something like our expeditions.

So was I...did they still have the static "link" flying simulator in your day? Caught talking on parade ,at the tender age of 14 the thought of holding that 10lb 303 Lee Enfield at arms length still haunts me ;D..the junior NCO was always some geek from your school too!

So you were the junior NCO then Les?
Nice detective work, I missed the dodgy post but glad you solved who was taking your name in vain.
Good luck at the weekend all you boys. Even 'tiny' Newton in modified!

I remember the 303, with the hole drilled through the barrel. Yes I also remember the sims. we had a small single engine trainer which moved around, a comet and a tristar. Did either of you get to go flying, I managed to get up lots of times, gliders at Upavon and Chipmunks at Hurn, one of my greatest memories from my childhood is airobatics in a chipmunk, especially one particular stall turn in which an ex red arrows pilot dropped the Chipmunk almost 600 feet backwards, with the nose pointing straight up, great skill but d**n scary. Oh! unfortunately I ended my time as an NCO (sargent), it meant I could drink beer in the NCO's mess though and we were more mischievous than the cadets.
you weren't 424 were you les?

Sounds like you'd be better off booking into the local travel inn/lodge ...mind you if she's not 'yours' her other half might not like it. Col
