Entries are nearly full for the Cotswolds. Can I just recommend that if you haven't already paid then get on paypal and pay up. Chances are it'll be oversubscribed and we may need a reserve list then it'll be first come first serve on Sunday morning.
On the plus side we have some big names turning up again. Mr Westwood and Mr Jeffries in mod. Should be a real spectacle seeing these boys running round.
Don't mention the W word but it's looking good for the weekend.

Ok then, whats the general plan for the weekend then? Any times people are aiming to be up at the track by? I was thinking of leaving earlyish on saturday, should be about an 1hr & 1/2 drive at most (my pace), so aiming to get there mid morning, and pitch up the ickle tent before hitting the track for some practise. Highly tempted to stick my mod in for some of practise as a bit of a laugh Was actually hoping to have the 17.5 as a well by then, but doesn't seem like that'll happen in time Cya all at the weekend Ed

The Cotswolds has strict areas for camping/pitting,those who want to pit from their tents may be a little way from the track otherwise you will have to hump your gear to the other side of the track...see SLCC site for details on track photo "if you can read them"...lets hope we can have the usual "Bashley village" for the last meet of the year and have some fun ....BBQ planed for sat night, just bring your food n booze and sense of humor ;D

Where is Bashley village going to be sited, by the track or in the campsite? Crucial for me, if I need to bring the pit gazebo, a tent, 2 sleeping bags, a kettle and primas, some billy cans, air rifle to catch the pheasant, etc, I will need to make some modification to rear of the Vette

I'm aiming to get there about 17:30 - 18:00 on Friday, We're not allowed to pitch up a tent until 18:00 anyway. Matt does Vodka contain many calories? get yourself up there Friday night, I need a hand to put up the tent anyway

got my dirty lil mits on a gazebo to add to the village also! (loaner from simon) As long as there's space for me under the thing if I do turn up! There might a be a bit of 'shove over' going on! (I'm preparing to go, but whether it happens or not is somewhat in the lap of the gods, but fingers crossed!) And, there happens to be a Bashley birthday on Saturday!?!

theres bbq fluid in the container that i bought last time - any of that left? I've gotta go get a gazebo from there later on - so i'll grab it if i can see it - I was supposed to be spooning with Keith, but it's just not the same as you Les - once you've tasted a bit of Les in a proper hotel, Keith in a tent - no comparison really...
